D Litter 4 Weeks Old

The puppies are now four weeks old.   They are starting to teeth and are starting to explore the wonders of the front yard.  We are also feeding them several times a day. 

Lonnie’s Mom and Dad think they are cute.  They have now been down twice in the last month to see the puppies.  But all the puppies have been very sweet and easy to work with.  We just can’t get all six to line up now.  It is like herding cats.  It is much easier with three at a time.

1 Boy  -  Sonic      Sonic is a big boned laid back pup that likes to wrestle with his littermates.   Lonnie’s mom says it is just like young boys, they love to wrestle.

2 Girl - Sally         Sally was the first pup out of the pool we use for a whelping box.  She maybe the smallest puppy, but she is the most adventurous puppy.

3 Boy - Brownie      Brownie was the second pup out of the litter box.  We always accused him of pushing Sally out.

4 Girl - Cutie Pie        Cutie Pie is the biggest girl.   As you can tell, she took to eating out of bowls quickly.   She loves exploring outside and being in the grass.

5 Girl - Cookie      Cookie is about the same size as Sally and very inquisitive.   She loves attention and is very easy to work with.

6 Boy - Ranger     Ranger is a very sweet boy.   But he keeps Sonic and Brownie on their toes.  He can also be very photogenic.
